Ingredients:
- 2 racks of pork ribs
- 1 cup of Uncle Joe's Special BBQ Sauce (recipe follows)
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of paprika
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

Preheat your grill to medium heat. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Rub the spice mixture generously over both sides of the ribs. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for about 30 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.

During the last 10 minutes of cooking, baste the ribs with Uncle Joe's Special BBQ Sauce, turning and basting every few minutes until the ribs are sticky and caramelized.

Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy with extra BBQ sauce on the side for dipping!
Uncle Joe's Special BBQ Sauce:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

In a saucepan, combine all ingredients and bring to a simmer over medium heat.

Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened slightly.

Remove from heat and let cool before using. This sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
